	ORDERING This screen (right) allows the user to enter order details. For ease of use the cells in the table have pull down menus which contain a list of common entries. The items' cost is entered for each row and the total cost is calculated automatically.
	INVOICING In a similar manner, this screen allows the user to enter in their customers' details such as name, address and phone number etc. Date, fitting date, estimator and sales persons' name can also be entered. Like the sales entry page, pull-down menus are provided and totals calculated.
	QUERIES A query can easily be generated to display only orders or sales transactions that contain certain information. For example, it is possible to enable the query to display only commercial orders. From the query, a report can then be generated.
	REPORTS Reports of both the sales and invoices can be printed off as required. It is also possible to print a report as a result of a query. For example, if the query was set to display only commercial orders, the report would only contain details of commercial orders.
